What is in it for you?

As part of closing the market gap of machine operators in the waste management industry, Cleanaway is running a Yellow Gear Academy for to address gap in the industry by removing some of the barriers preventing them from getting involved.

Cleanaway is seeking 5 persons to participate in an intensive training program required to set you up to be a competent machine operator, followed by ongoing learning for the next 12 months.

Paid training program will include:

- (include any certificate being delivered)

Induction to Cleanaway
Training program to become a machine operator
In cab coaching (where possible)
Solo driving time
