Our Opportunity

We are currently seeking to complement our existing team with a Complaints Officer. Fulton Hogan's Telecommunication Division have long term contracts across South Australia, Western Australia and Victoria.

Unique to these contracts are the Metro and Regional scopes of delivery that include connecting regions, communities and homes to improve the connectivity of all Australians.


In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Following Fulton Hogan procedures and policies as required for this position
  • Developing and maintain a positive two way relationship with all stakeholders
  • Promoting a positive public image at all times for Fulton Hogan
  • Demonstrating understanding and compliance with requirements for management of complaints
  • Working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders communicating effectively and clearly
  • Competently managing database systems
  • Managing cases to closure in a timely manner
  • Making contact with customers promptly
  • investigating and close complaints within the mínimal time frame to meet KPI's-
  • Communicating effectively in a team environment.
How you'll connect to the role- Previous experience in a similar role- Telecommunications industry experience (desirable, but not essential)- Ability to develop strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders- Experience within a communications environment (highly regarded)- Experience managing stakeholder expectations and balancing priorities- Empathy, listening skills and the ability to make sound and balanced judgments- Good problem solving expertise- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills Alignment with our values of Respect, Energy & Effort, Attitude & Leadership
