About the role:

Fulltime positions across Canberra
Salary rate: $40$58 p/h + Super upon experience
Flexible admin temp contracts durations & extension opportunities
Hybrid environments (onsite and WFH)
Opportunities to work with various government bodies
Most jobs are in urban locations and close to public transport
Easy to fill timesheet, ontime weekly payment, and option for Real-Time Remuneration

Responsibilities:

Building/creating new files for open and closed grant opportunities
Manage complaints made by individuals or organizations regarding the administration or outcome of a grant program.
Investigate complaints, attempt to resolve them through mediation, and make recommendations to decisionmakers regarding any necessary changes to the grant program.

Requirements:

Experience in project management or grant administration.
Experience in utilising the following systems: Sharepoint, TRIM, Govenrment Grants Processing system (GovGPS), Qlik Sense, National Approved Provider System (NAPS)
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills
Strong problemsolving skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to remain impartial and objective when investigating complaints are essential.
Australian Citizenship required.
