This role is based in the Perth Office, with some regional and interstate travel required. Occasional international travel may be offered for training and development.
The key function of this role is to ensure the successful deployment of various Projects whilst collaborating with the Solutions, Sales, and Service teams to meet customer requirements and provide a seamless experience.
Key Responsibilities, Targets, Tasks, and Activities:
- Care about customer satisfaction and service performance

- Manage revenue and gross margin expectations in accordance with budget and forecast timelines

Skills & Knowledge:
- Appropriate technical education (Technical College, Technical University) Complemented with Business degree, Master or Commercial Diploma or equivalent experience.
- 3 years experience in Service Management in teams with more than 5 employees, or in an equivalent position
- basic knowledge in business finance management (Budget, Controlling, Key Performance Indicators).
- Project Management Methodolgy
- OHS understanding and experience with OHS reporting.
- HR regulation knowledge and experience.
- Strong computer literary and working knowledge of Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Well developed soft skills, and good communication.
- Result orientations, understanding project commercials, and economics.
- Understand Software Services, IT platforms, hosting services, networking.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to communicate with people at all different levels of the organization.
- Ability to positively influence others to achieve results in the best interest of the business.
- Strong planning, organizing, and evaluation skills.
- A focus on continuous improvement.

Salary:
$90, $105,000.00 per year
