The Organisation
Our client is a highly regarded business with a growing presence internationally. The business have a very well cemented position in the market, and they pride themselves on providing high level customer service and quality products to their customers, whilst placing employees at the forefront They are seeking a motivated and experienced Accounts Payable Officer to permanently join their finance team, who are based in the North-West pocket of Melbourne. Very exciting opportunity to further solidify your career in this field with fantastic development opportunities on offer
Position Description
Working among a supportive team, with the view of being a key contact for the Accounts Payable function, you will be responsible for but not limited to the following duties;

• Process and review invoices following the companies approval processes

• Ensure ttmely and accurate payments to local and overseas vendors

• Set up new vendors and suppliers

• Complete various reconciliations across multiple entities

• Management of relationships with suppliers and key stakeholders

• Other ad hoc duties to assist the broader team
Ideal Profile
With cultural fit a crucial factor, the ideal individual will have a dynamic, friendly, and ambitious approach to their work and career. Previous experience within a full function Accounts Payable position is vital, and you will have ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment. The ideal individual will have demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills, be adaptable and have strong attention to detail.
