BASScare is a NFP which operates an integrated program of services including meals-on-wheels, residential care facilities, respite care, dementia specific services, retirement living, as well as planned activity groups at day centres, for older people who wish to remain active and engaged with their local communities.

Faversham House, our Residential Service, is searching for talented Food Service Assistants

FSA Permanent Part time / Causal Role

Maintaining food safety standards and records.
Preparing drinks and tray setting.
Serving resident meals according to their dietary requirements
Supervision and tidiness of resident dining areas.
Clearing tables, washing crockery, cutlery, utensils, including pots and pans.
Restocking of crockery, cutlery etc. to all areas
Work proactively to meet the hospitality requirements of BASScare residents

Shift times:

Permanent shift available:
Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday 0700 to 1400

Causal shift available:
(hours vary throughout the day)

0700 to 1400, 1400 to 1930, 1100 to 1430 and 1800 to 2200

Salary and Benefits
$24 - $26 per hour + super + generous salary packaging
