About You
The purpose of this role is to coach, support and grow the Mad Mex network of Restaurants.

Success in this role lies in partnering with Franchise Partners (and Business Managers) to develop and execute sales, profit, operational standards, OH&S standards, OER standards, and local area marketing strategies.

A strong focus on coaching staff and developing and building strong relationships with Franchise Partners and Business Managers will be paramount to your success.


The Senior ROM will ensure that Mad Mex is achieving financial, strategic, and expansion goals whilst driving a culture of high performance and team cohesiveness.


This position will also assist the General Manager of Operations, and other departments, with the completion of projects and other duties as required.


  • A proven track record of strong people management & leadership skills across a complex business network.
  • Solid stakeholder engagement ability and a clear understanding of how to professionally influence business decisions and outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate at an operational handson level and the ability to translate this into improving Restaurant performance
  • Solid communication skills
  • Demonstrated experience in execution, project mgmt, strategy, planning, and development.
  • Strong organisational skills with the capacity to successfully manage competing priorities, maintain attention to detail, and meet deadlines
  • Capacity to work independently with mínimal direction and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • A comprehensive understanding of Microsoft Office Programs such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrated highlevel skills in dealing confidently and courteously with key stakeholders (both internally & externally)
  • A current driver's licence
  • Ability to travel intrastate and interstate as required
  • Ability to work and is contactable at various hours to suit the business needs
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role within the QSR or Hospitality/Retail industry
  • A graduate degree in a relevant business discipline would be advantageous

Intrastate and Interstate travel is a requirement of this role.
