Description
We have an opportunity for a Motor Partnership Specialist to join our Motor Claims and Assessing team. This is a permanent full-time opportunity based out of our Eight Mile Plains office.


The main purpose of this role is to drive improved performance and capability within the motor partnership business to provide strategic development and contract management framework to the Insurance business.

Please note this is a person oriented role and when you aren't onsite at Eight Mile Plains, our Motor Partnership Specialists are typically visiting our suppliers in
- person.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Partner with a portfolio of suppliers across the motor claims network to improve performance in the key areas of cost, quality, timeliness, and member experience.
  • Participate in the development of processes and systems that shape the daytoday workflows and performance of suppliers within Insurance.
  • Use supplier performance framework to ensure RACQ gets the best outcomes from its suppliers.
  • Analyse data to identify gaps in the supply chain, opportunities for spend reduction or process improvement.
  • Ensure improvement opportunities are seized to ensure Insurance customers receive best market service and quality.
  • Utilise contract management protocols to ensure suppliers adhere to agreed cost outcomes.
About You

  • 35 years of relevant assessors/claims/motor experience.
  • Previous contract management experience within the supply chain industry
  • Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Thorough understanding of the controls and compliance requirements associated with the processing of claims.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills and people skills with a strong focus, promoting "valueadd" initiatives.
