• Consult a range of stakeholders
• Analyse business problems and propose solutions.
• Develop business processes and client journeys.
• Define business requirements and evaluate software solutions to determine fit.
• Contribute to the business intelligence solutions.
• Estimate costs and project benefits.
• Implement technology collaboratively with others, including supporting testing, data migration, training needs analysis, and transition planning.
• Analyse data and support with data migration to new systems.
• Contribute to change management planning and implementation.
• Lead some client projects, and for other client projects deliver them collaboratively with other Emergent staff.
• Support senior consultants with the tracking of project, budgets, risks, and issues. Report to clients on project progress.
• Contribute to the development of new cutting edge products and services for Emergent.

• Tertiary qualifications in Business or Information Technology, working towards completion, or equivalent experience.
• Business Analysis experience, with certification being an advantage.
• Change Management experience, with certification being an advantage.
• Good project management skills: overseeing project milestones and proactively communicating updates to team and client.
• Experience across a range of industry sectors.
• Familiarity working with online methods and tools is essential.
• Responsive to everchanging client needs, iterative working and juggling multiple responsibilities at once.
