Who are we:
MBV represents just over 6,500 members within the construction industry, including large and small builders across the domestic and commercial sectors, as well as apprentices, suppliers, and manufacturers.
About the role:
The Member Support Officer will assist the wider team to improve the delivery of service outcomes, optimise member satisfaction and increase member retention.
Key Position Tasks:
- Follow through on new onboarding processes including outbound follow up calls at 1 month and 3 month intervals
Key Knowledge, Skills and Attributes:
- Exceptional customer service focus
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong computer skills
Prior Experience:
- Previous experience in an administrative/clerical role
- Previous experience in a customer service environment
