We a looking for a Technical Analyst, to join our client's team - in the Security industry, on a permanent basis, in Melbourne (CBD location).

You will be responsible for requirements gathering and creation of user stories for the integration team, working closely with stakeholders to understand their needs.

Responsibilities:

Liaise between various business departments and groups.
Perform research and interviews to determine IT business requirements and then translate them into specifications for technical projects.
Analyse, facilitate, model, and organize information in order to reconcile conflicts, elicit requirements and distinguish solution ideas from business needs.
Foster and maintain healthy relationships with key stakeholders and team members to create a positive flow of work and delivery.
Assess options for process improvement, including business process modelling.
Maintain documentation regarding various projects, processes and operations.

Key skills required:

5+ years' experience in a similar role.
3+ years' experience working in a software development lifecycle.
Experience working in team that utilized Azure integration services (Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus, Azure API management and Event Grid)
Strong understanding of different integration patterns such as messaging, pub/sub, ETL and APIs.
SCRUM Master experience.
Ability to have nontechnical business conversations with key stakeholders.
Proven experience in delivering enterprisewide projects.
Knowledge of DevOps practices and principals.
