  • Our client's company is a leading Workers' Compensation Insurance company dedicated to providing topnotch solutions to their clients. They are committed to helping businesses protect their employees and navigate the complex world of workers' compensation insurance. Their team of experts is passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of injured workers and their employers. They are looking for an Associate Consultant to join their team.
As an Associate Consultant, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients with their workers' compensation insurance needs.

You will work closely with a team of experienced consultants and engage directly with clients to provide them with expert guidance and support.


Your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:

Client Support: Assist clients with claims, policy management, and other workers' compensation insurance-related inquiries. Provide timely, accurate, and professional assistance to ensure client satisfaction.

Claims Management: Collaborate with the claims department to help clients navigate the claims process efficiently. Ensure that injured workers receive the support they need while managing costs effectively.

Policy Analysis: Review and analyse clients' insurance policies to identify coverage gaps and recommend appropriate adjustments to mitigate risk.

Data Analysis: Utilise data and analytics to provide insights to clients, helping them make informed decisions regarding their workers' compensation insurance.

Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on workers' compensation laws and regulations, ensuring clients remain in compliance and avoid potential penalties.

Client Education: Educate clients about best practices for workplace safety and injury prevention, reinforcing our commitment to their employees' well-being.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in a relevant field (e.g., Risk Management, Business, Insurance, or related discipline).
  • Allied Health Degrees (e.g., Nursing, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or related fields) are also valued for their healthcare expertise.
  • At least 1 year of professional working experience.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Excellent report writing skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
  • Knowledge of workers' compensation insurance is a plus, but not required.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to the changing insurance landscape.
