About the role

Provide efficient administrative support service to the staff and patients of Metro North Virtual Healthcare Services (MN VHS) with a high level of customer service, through a virtual and telecommunications platform, by demonstrating empathy, respect, teamwork, and compassion.

This position may be required to work across a 24/7 roster within the MN VHS, with the ability to complete some hours from a suitable alternative location as required in line with the departmental business rules.
