W Sydney is now casting for a Concierge Supervisor reporting to the Chief Concierge.

JOB SUMMARY


Responsible for supporting all aspects of Concierge functions in the absence of the Chief Concierge in accordance with hotel standards.

Maintains a concierge service and supervisory philosophy that serves as a guide to respective staff. Supervises the Wheels team, the main hotel driveway, car stacker, transportation services and courier / postal dispatching. Assists in driving the Whatever / Whenever culture for all guests.

Supports management to ensure all departments are aware of all guests' needs and information prior to arrival that will lead to a unique, memorable and personal stay.

CANDIDATE PROFILE
Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or GED; minimum 2 years management experience in Front Office, Guest Relations, PABX or related professional area.
OR

  • 2year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major.
