MAYDAY is recruiting for a Claims Consultant This is a fantastic chance to join a Global Insurer within a small dynamic team that has experienced significant growth in recent years.

The role is based in Brighton, VIC, with flexibility for a hybrid work-from-home arrangement.

Key Responsibilities:

Claims lodgements and processing
Invoice payments
Repair followups
Coordinating with assessors
Managing issues such as cracked windshields and breakdowns, including towing assistance
