Property Manager - Hawthorn Area
Working for an esteemed agency in their Hawthorn office with a large team, of 50+ staff. We are looking for a Property Manager to manage 180 properties local to the Hawthorn area.
Joining this industry leading brand, you will be trained and guided by the best, and never alone at work.
Hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 5:30pm, finish at 5pm on Fridays 1 in 7 Saturdays or less (team is currently working mínimal due to low vacancy)
A capable individual who will treat the business as if it were their own is what we are ideally looking for
JOB DUTIES:
- Manage your own portfolio of 180 properties, residential higher end
- Lease renewals
- Using the latest PropertyMe systems
- Manage administration, with VA support and maintenance requests with admin support provided
WHATS ON OFFER:
- 1st year salary: $85,000 $90,000 + Super + Comms
- Phone & laptop are provided, car parking
- Career progression, with a position and salary review
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- Agents Rep Certificate or Cert IV in Property
- Property Management Experience (ideally on a similar, high end portfolio)
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Willingness to succeed
