About Us
At Disrupt Experience, our purpose is to create innovative customer experiences, integrating the physical and digital journeys.

We are a small but fast-growing successful start-up (now in our 7th year) servicing a range of ASX Top 100 clients.

With the imminent launch of several new products and recent expansion into the US market, this is an exciting opportunity for a Consultant to join our team.

We offer a flexible hybrid-working environment with our office a 5-minute walk from Central Station.

You will support the delivery of projects of varying size and complexity through:

Lead the collection and analysis of data to formulate and recommend solutions to clients to solve a variety of business problems
Create customer journey and process maps
Lead the engagement of stakeholders through workshops, interviews, and surveys
Develop detailed business plans, strategies, and recommendations for clients
Confidently communicate and present to various stakeholders (including clients, and other project team members)
Grow, inspire, and mentor other junior consultants within the team

About You

You have an analytical mindset and can analyse complex data sets to identify trends.
You are a good problem solver who enjoys coming up with unconventional solutions.
You are a strong communicator who conveys concepts and ideas clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing.
You are organised with ability to plan and manage competing tasks and priorities

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a business-related discipline

2-3 years as a consultant or similar role

Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (e.g., Excel and PowerPoint)
