About this Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has become available for an Application Support Specialist to join our Technology Team.
Based in Toowong, the position will also be responsible for assisting with the process and data integrity within the department.
In this role you will be responsible for
- Application administration, support and training (face to face and remotely) primarily across our technology stack that includes SugarCRM, AlayaCare, and SABA (LMS).
- Troubleshooting, problem solving and system development, particularly in CRM platforms
- Triage and first level support
- Logging, monitoring and resolving support calls via a service desk ticketing system
- Prepare and distribute communications with franchise offices, national office, and external partners
- Testing and validation of solutions
- Develop knowledgebase, reference guides, processes, and "Help" content
About you (Specific Skills & Experience required)
- Experience using SugarCRM, Alayacare, SABA preferred
- Experience and interest in CRM platforms
- Knowledge and proficiency in Microsofy Operations Systems and Office 365 products
- Excellent customer service and relationship building abilities.
- Strong training skills.
- Strong problemsolving skills and troubleshooting techniques.
- Ability to learn and support new software very quickly.
- Must possess strong attention to detail.
- Work independently to diagnose issues and find solutions in a timely manner
- Be flexible and maintain 'a cando attitude
