The Role


To support the growth of our business we are seeking a Sales Coordinator to join our team in Perth, Australia.

You will have the opportunity to provide an extraordinary customer experience by managing sales related activities and maintaining customer relationships.

You will be the point of contact for our clients to ask sales-related questions, renew software licenses, and purchase products.

This includes communicating with our clients to find out what they need and being able to upsell new technology and/or licensing options.

Other tracking sales, creating quotes, processing online orders, invoicing, and delivery of software entitlements. This directly drives business initiatives to meet/exceed Seequent's revenue targets.


Working across all Seequent segements:

mining, Envriomental, Civil and Energy - you will have ample exposrue to Seequent custoemrs and the various industires we oeprate in.


This role is based in Perth, Austrailia and will work out of our office located Level 2/11 Mounts Bay Road.


In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Work with the Sales Directors of Mining and Environmental, Civil and Energy to understand and provide all procurement information required to undertake business within the assigned accounts
  • License quote generation, licenses, addon's, upgrades, renewals, schedule and promote classroom training
  • Managing the client relationship and expectations
  • Contacting clients to followup on sales orders and license renewals
  • Upsell customers on new technology and/or licensing options
  • Generate invoices and deliver license entitlements in a timely manner
  • Review and update the sales pipeline, update opportunities monthly
  • Maintain client records in CRM (Salesforce): company, commodity, contacts for accounts, address, product user, purchasing role
  • Have systematic and thoughtful communication with customers to build retention
  • Maintain uptodate list of users for marketing campaigns
  • Become a CRM (Salesforce) expert with respect to input, custom queries, views, and output reports
  • Assist Sales and Accounting when invoices bounce back or receive no reply to the read receipt. Find the appropriate contact. This helps speed up renewal collection with accuracy of contact

In order to be successful in this role, you should have:

  • 5+ years working in a related role (Sales Coordiantor, Sales Admin, other coordinator or admisintrative positions)
  • Bachelors degree in business administration or relevant field; certification in sales or marketing will be an asset
  • Ability to handle a high volume of customer enquiries whilst providing a high quality of service to each client
  • Professional, positive, and courteous attitude to represent Seequent to our clients
  • Adaptive and fast learner who can quickly understand and articulate new technologies and processes. As an innovative technology company, change is always happening to improve how we do business
  • Expereince with the mircosoft product suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
  • CRM experience (We use Salesforce)
  • Wellorganized and responsible with an aptitude in problemsolving
  • A team player with high level of dedication
