    Our client is a leading institutional equity broker and advisory firm seeking an experienced Institutional Equity Salesperson with an established Asia market domiciled client list to complement their Australian sales desk and lead the broadening of their distribution network in Asia.

    With an established and proven platform, our client offers a simple, highly leveraged structure. Autonomy, flexibility and opportunity for immense growth are key features of the role.

    This role is to act as a trusted advisor to Asia based Institutions (SG and HK), providing in depth and accurate advice relating to research and general market activity, building on new and already established relationships.

    Tasks and Responsibilities

    • Provide accurate and timely advice pertaining to ASX listed equities, to institutions in Asia (HK and SG)
    • Grow the Asia client base in line with targets
    • Host ASX listed company "Virtual" roadshows with Asian institutions
    • When possible, accompany ASX listed companies on roadshows through Asia
    • Meet targets relating to activity levels and revenue

    Qualifications, Experience and Key Attributes

    • You will have at least five years' experience servicing Asian institutions
    • Tertiary qualifications in the relevant field are desirable
    • Self-motivated and highly results driven
    • Passionate about your own growth and the growth of the business
    • Embracing core values, mission and immersing yourself in the proven processes
    • Be a team player who thrives on working with a busy, high achieving desk
    • Excellent communicator at all levels
