Day to day your duties will include:

Working closely with the Director managing a portfolio of 300 properties
Repairs and maintenance for all properties (retail, commercial and a handful of residential)
Communication with landlords and tenants
Leasing commercial and retail properties
Chasing rent arrears and looking after the renewals

The Person:

Previous experience in residential or commercial property management is essential
Sound understanding of the property management process
Hold a Real Estate Certificate
Be a strong communicator with solid administration skills
Ability to communicate directly with clients at all levels and operate both independently and as part of a team
