Not only do they house one of the largest sales teams, but they also GET property management and have implemented some of the best support/systems to make sure their Property Managers are not fatigued.


About the Role


Reporting to the General Manager - Property Management, you will be taking over a well-managed portfolio that will suit your experience.

Their portfolio is close to the office so although you get a take-home company car (for personal use also), you won't be traveling across the Perth Metro.

The portfolio also has leasing support and a strong support team to assist with tenant enquiry, along with VA's to assist with documentation - allowing you to focus on building strong relationships with your owners.


Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in property management all levels will be considered
  • Current PM Registration
  • Current driver's license
  • Strong customer service and problemsolving skills
  • Excellent time management and care factor
