Their team is dedicated to excellence, innovation, and teamwork, and they are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Yard Hand to join them in Kurri Kurri.

About the Role

Duties and Responsibilities:

Organise and maintain the yard to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met.

Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment.

Perform general labour duties, including but not limited to sweeping, sorting, and stacking materials.

Operate forklift and excavator equipment efficiently and safely.

Utilise oxy/welding equipment for maintenance and repair tasks (preferred).

Preferred experience with pressure washer for cleaning equipment and surfaces.

Assist with inventory management and stock control.

Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.

Skills & Experience Required:

Valid forklift licence (must have).

Experience operating excavators (must have).

Preferred experience with oxy/welding equipment.

Preferred experience with pressure washer.

Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Basic knowledge of construction materials and equipment.

Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy objects.

Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

Valid driver's licence preferred.
