As a Customer Service Representative within our contact centre you'll be the friendly voice our customers hear when the contact us.

You will assist customers manage their day-to-day banking across a range of products and empathetically provide extra care to customers facing challenges meeting financial commitments.

You will work across a diverse breadth of enquiries, including:


  • Concierge and welcome calls
  • Missed payments and earlyintervention collections
  • Simple customer service enquiries

We currently have Casual positions available to start in
July , with hours spanning across 7 days a week, from Monday to Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

This is a hybrid position giving you the flexibility to work from home and the office.

Hours and training
To be considered for this role you must have the following availability:

  • Available to work a minimum 15 hours per week, split over 3 shifts (5 hours per shift). This includes a Monday Shift and a Friday shift per week.
  • Hybrid role: You must be available to work from the Redfern office, once a fortnight (more during training)
  • Outside of this, we'll do our best to accommodate your work preferences & availability
  • Training will commence from the start date with all new starters undergoing mandatory training for 4 weeks 15 hours per week (times will be confirmed at interview stage)
  • Please note, we cannot provide any time off during the training period.
