A LITTLE ABOUT THE ROLE
Sika Australia is currently seeking an analytically minded Pricing Analyst to join our Head Office Team in Wetherill Park.

  • In this role you will be responsible for analysing, reporting and executing Sika Australia's pricing strategy.
  • You will be a significant support facility for the Management and Sales teams, whilst providing key insights through data analysis to various highlevel stakeholders.
    January 2023 start.

Exciting Challenges

MORE SPECIFICALLY YOU WILL

  • Ensure a consistent pricing strategy across all customer segments to mitigate conflict and margin risk
  • Formulate and/or adjust the pricing strategy with analytics and future projections
  • Facilitate all pricing changes through the use of CRM procedures
  • Support the business by providing analysis:
  • Of product categories for profit enhancement opportunities, EBIT and revenue growth
  • On the potential success of pricing strategies, as presented by the various sales channels.
  • For the review and negotiation of customer contracts featuring rebates, settlement discounts and/or any other trading terms which may impact on overall margin.
  • Review and update the Pricing Policy in accordance with any changes to organisation structure or processes
  • Support the development, implementation and maintenance of sell and cost price automation tools and systems
  • Identify price outliers and develop risk mitigation strategies
  • Achieve margin improvement target in collaboration with other departments
  • Produce reports and presentations that clearly state results and recommendations

We Need Your Skills

ABOUT YOU
To be successful in this role you will have strong commercial acumen, sound judgement and decision-making skills.

You will be able to communicate effectively with a wide variety of stakeholders and can drive innovation and creative thought.


  • Tertiary qualification within Business or Commerce
  • Minimum 12 months experience within a similar role or function
  • Proficient understanding of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Confidence to liaise with high level stakeholders
  • Efficient time management and organisation skills
Experience using ERP, BI and CRM software (Microsoft AX, Cognos, Salesforce)
