Our Client
Doubling in size since last year, our client is a fast-growing property acquisition business.

Working with B2B clients such as investment groups, financial advisors and planners and accountants as well as their internal investment sales team, they access the best investment properties across Australia for their clients.

They manage land acquisition, administration and construction to deliver a quality, seamless solution.

Duties
The purpose of this role is to maintain and strengthen partnerships with developers, builders and sales teams by ensuring all contractual and administrative tasks are handled promptly and accurately

Specific duties will include:

Management and admin of land and build contracts across all states (currently sales a month)
Acting as the primary liaison between Sales Operations and stakeholders
Maintain CRM and ensure data integrity
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders including finance, legal and procurement departments
Requesting and issuing contract variations
Managing of deposits and distributions

Specific requirements

2+ years experience in construction or property administration
Knowledge and exposure to Australian land and build contracts
Problem solving, research and data analytical skills
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Intermediate (or above) in MS Office, Adobe and CRM's
