About the role:
The Manager Training Development and Design plays a critical role in providing support and strategic advice to the Deputy Chief Officer, Operational Doctrine and Training (OD&T) and forms part of the leadership team of OD&T.
In addition, you will promote both a continuous improvement philosophy and a positive and streamlined training experience for CFA members.
About You:
Highly desirable is a current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or appropriate tertiary qualification in adult education or vocational training or equivalent experience.
