Our Customer Service Consultants will work within flexible working arrangements. Full training and professional development opportunities.

We currently have 1 vacancy open and are looking for someone who can work:

  • Day Shift, shifts Monday to Friday and up to 12.30 Saturday
As a key member of our growing team, you will be primarily responsible for:

  • Managing customer enquiries and requests
  • Accurate and detailed data entry into our Work Management System
  • Managing competing priorities to ensure KPI's are achieved
  • Escalating any conflicts or difficult situations
  • Perform administrative tasks

ABOUT YOU

  • Customer Service or Call Centre Experience
  • Negotiation and problemsolving skills
  • Demonstrated experience in managing customer complaints/complex enquiries
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Positive attitude
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
