About The Role:


The Client Delivery Analyst provides support to all Client Delivery activities undertaken by the Client Solutions and Capital (CSC) group across QIC's global client base, with a primary focus on regular client deliverables across QIC asset classes including State Investments, Liquid market Group, infrastructure, real estate and private equity.

The role is key in supporting the provision of high quality information to clients and consultants globally, including the preparation and delivery of client materials, reports, data and responding to queries in a professional, accurate and timely manner


Key accountabilities will include:

  • Preparation of and/or coordination across QIC teams to produce client deliverables in order to meet the delivery of key reporting obligations to clients, including client reports, client presentations, data requests, audit requests, operational action items from client meetings, due diligence and RFP input where required
  • Providing general support across client activities, including coordination, preparation, formatting and timely distribution of client service requests, and reporting related data queries including for meeting client Investment Management Agreement (IMA) obligations and regulatory reporting requirements
  • Execute processes to support client deliverables across asset classes including, distributions, transactions, and other key operational activities
  • Work with internal teams to ensure that reporting data for client consultant deliverables is up to date and signed off
  • Collaboration with Client Delivery Managers, other Analysts and Associates, to provide backup support for uninterrupted service delivery

With strong time management skills, you are deadline driven and demonstrate a proven ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholders.


You will also present with:

  • Experience in specialised institutional client delivery, client operations or client reporting roles within the Funds Management industry
  • Understanding of the financial services industry, operation of superannuation funds, in particular client servicing and middle/backoffice functions
  • Tertiary qualification in Financial Services or other relevant areas
  • Demonstrated previous experience in similar deadline orientated environment within asset management
  • Strong attention to detail, data management, and analytical skills, capable of interrogating data inputs and performing quality assurance to ensure accuracy
  • Strong process skills and ability to identify areas for greater improvement and leverage technologies to drive efficiencies
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a client centric mindset
  • Quick learner and collaborative positive attitude
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
