Initial 6 month day rate contract with the view to extend (Competitive day rate) - Position can be based in Sydney, Brisbane or Melbourne

Experience

Min 6 years Data Engineering experience
Strong DataStage development and performance enhancement skills
Good Knowledge of deploying DataStage jobs across different production and nonproduction environments
Good understanding of DataStage tool to enable generic frameworks that enable data acquisition into the data lake
Strong SQL background, with capability to Write SQL with a performance mindset, troubleshoot performance, mentor, and train other staff.
Good experience in Data ingestion/acquisition from different source types and Data sharing/movement capabilities
Strong skills and experience in acquiring data and building data assets using a leading data integration/ETL tools such as
DataStage certification or similar type of qualification beneficial
