They are looking for someone who enjoys being on the tools - a strong designer who loves the craft. You'll need to be comfortable working at pace and have a natural eye for good product design.Your background?..
You'll be a Principal or Lead Designer with a good background in a scale-up environment and, ideally, you'll also have some experience within Product Management, and enjoy wearing both hats.
