We are looking for a Terraform -Technical Consultants - Automation for one of our clients in Melbourne/Sydney, Australia.


Short Description:


Suppose your passion is to work with experience in cloud systems MS Azure with knowledge of Terraform & Ansible & Chef.

Then this role is for you.


Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Confirms project requirements by reviewing program objectives, input data, and output requirements with theanalyst, supervisor, and client.
  • Strong understanding of processes & workflows
  • Maintains historical records by documenting program development and revisions.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Be familiar with Agile Development practices
  • Be able to plan and estimate development tasks
  • Practical experience in managing the internal and external infra security
  • Proven data analysis and problemsolving skills

Skills and Requirements**:


  • Create templates and code (Infrastructure as a code) to automate solution delivery and deployment into Azure Cloud for a wide range of technologies across Linux and Windows platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of configuration management processes using software such as Ansible, Chef, or Terraform.
  • Build and Administer resources in Azure Cloud for Development, QA, and Production environments.
  • Strong scripting and task automation skills utilizing Python, Perl, Ruby, Java, or PowerShell.
  • Have strong Unix / Shell and Windows / Powershell scripting skills
  • Automation experience will be an added advantage.
  • Practical experience in monitoring and tuning to provide a highavailability service.
  • Good understanding of Terraform, Packer, Ansible & Chef, etc. orchestrators.
  • Experience with Cloud migration from onpremise to public cloud Azure

Salary:
$150, $155,000.00 per year

  • Sydney

Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)


Work Authorisation:

  • Australia (preferred)
