ABOUT THE ROLE


Ideally, this role will suit someone who has extensive experience in incident management and an ability to influence operations and insurance from the ground up.

They will also have successfully led a function or have a strength in people and stakeholder management across a team.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage the administration and progress of operational services;
  • Support, remediate, and improve supplier performance across the fund;
  • Oversee the various operational risks in accordance with the super fund standard operating procedures and policies to ensure risks are mitigated;
  • Deliver Subject Matter Expertise (SME) input and support uplift of all regulatory changes to the business; AND
  • Influence operational insights and data, as well as liaise with all stakeholders to ensure effective operational processes continue to deliver on needs and expectations.

Skills, Experience & Requirements:


  • Tertiary education, preferably with specialisation in finance, business, or law;
  • RG146 qualified;
  • Previous experience working within a super fund, trustee or super administrator required ideally 5+ years;
  • Strong project management skills and experience in delivering outcomes and continuous improvement initiatives preferred;
  • Experience influencing teams and excellent stakeholder management capability; AND
  • Strong incident management ability and an understanding of SLA's.
