A snapshot of your role:


  • Oversee an extensive calendar, managing all Director appointments, with meetings across multiple time zones
  • Facilitate smooth domestic and international travel arrangements for the Director, handling all aspects of travel logistics, including flights and accommodation
  • Assist the Director with extensive projects, strategic initiatives, annual planning, daytoday operations, and company events, in line with KPIs and business goals
  • Collaborate closely with team members across various departments, taking a leadership role in coordinating multiple client projects
  • Confidently liaise with senior personnel across platforms to share information, build rapport, and operate with the utmost confidentiality and discretion
