Our client is one of the largest diversified property groups in Australia that owns, manages and develops a wide range of assets across retail, industrial and residential portfolios.
About the Role
This is an outstanding opportunity for a Content & Engagement Manager with an office/industrial background (not residential or retail) to join their high performing team based in Sydney CBD, and assist in creating and distributing content and media through all owned, and paid channels, develop and implement innovative marketing strategies focused on customer experience and engagement across the Workplace & Logistics portfolio.
- Executing quarterly content strategy
- includes management, maintenance, and growth of content partner to deliver written articles, blogs, white papers, photography, videography, testimonials, and marketing collateral.
- Develop, manage, and execute quarterly media strategy (organic and paid social media, display and retargeting) including distribution and content creation to support awareness, engagement, and acquisition campaigns
- Daytoday management of social media platforms including community management and driving audience growth and engagement (including LinkedIn, Facebook etc)
- Responsible for the creation, management, and execution of endtoend customer journey and CX strategy via Salesforce and Marketing Cloud
- Developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies focused on customer experience and engagement aligned to asset level strategy and broader B2B strategy
- Design and implement a calendar of assetlevel content, campaigns, events, and activations aligned to key areas of opportunity
- Develop and strengthen key strategic stakeholder relationships across the national and regional marketing teams and asset teams to ensure engaged execution of the marketing strategy
- Tertiary qualification in marketing, communications or media
- At least 23 years' experience in a similar role
- Proven ability to communicate across stakeholder levels
- Strong Communication and presentation skills
- Event Management experience
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
