The key responsibilities of the APS 5 TGA Contact Centre role include:
- Triage and actively manage enquiry queues to meet customer service standards
- Manage quality assurance reviews and uplift of staff capability
- Manage escalated and complex enquiries
- Actively monitor and report on enquiry trends and hot topics
- Support the delivery of training
- Support the Team Lead in development and maintenance of education material
- Support the Team Lead in maintenance of standardised enquiry templates
- Contribute to team process improvement projects.
