Your job is to deliver high quality communication supporting our internal and external stakeholders. You'll be a natural collaborator with success in breaking down organisational barriers to achieve outcomes.

The key responsibilities of the APS 5 TGA Contact Centre role include:

  • Triage and actively manage enquiry queues to meet customer service standards
  • Manage quality assurance reviews and uplift of staff capability
  • Manage escalated and complex enquiries
  • Actively monitor and report on enquiry trends and hot topics
  • Support the delivery of training
  • Support the Team Lead in development and maintenance of education material
  • Support the Team Lead in maintenance of standardised enquiry templates
  • Contribute to team process improvement projects.
