We are now seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to take the first step in their career as a
Parts Interpreter and join the team at Penfold Motors.

What the roles entails:

Liaise with customers to assist with Parts and Accessories enquiries
Use of Manufacturer EPC (Electronic Parts Catalogue) to determine required parts
Use of online Manufacturer's portal to locate and source parts
Processing quotes and orders for customers through the DMS system (AutoIT)
Working as part of a team to provide & maintain a highlevel standard of customer service
Training provided in warehousing

What we are looking for:

Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work within a team while showing individual strength and ability
Eager to learn with the desire to get in and get the job done
Great reliability and honesty with good attendance record
Excellent time management
Ability to operate under pressure and flexibility adapt as circumstances change
High level of attention to detail and quality
Genuine interest in Automotive industry
