The Position

Working across the Central Coast territory the purpose of this position is to promote a portfolio of well-known cold and allergy, skin and sun OTC products through the pharmacy channel.

Reporting to the State Sales Manager you will utilise your exceptional business skills to build relationships with both existing and new pharmacies to achieve sales objective and goals in line with field cycle plans.

You will also develop territory plans and strategies that identify initiatives to increase results while offering a strong business proposition to customers, as well as reporting on sales, activity, and territory performance.

The Person

Demonstrated sales achievement in the pharmacy or FMCG channels is essential for this position, along with strong influencing skills, superior communication and relationship building ability.

Key to this role is the ability to be agile, commercially minded and focused on business growth while maintaining an ethical sales approach.

Tertiary qualifications in Business/Science or similar would be highly regarded.
