This is an exciting career opportunity for a Commercial Finance Analyst to join our team

Key Responsibilities

Administer and monitor business expenses and financial results across multiple sites including,
Manage accruals for alignment of costs within the accounts
Provide input and analysis in monthly financial results
Provide analysis and input for monthly board commentary packs
Exception reports and statistics for individual operations
Month end processes including journals and reconciliations
Continuously improve and maintain an effective financial & operational reporting system
Work with the Administration Manager to align operations data and financial outcomes
Assist with preparation of detailed annual budgets and interim forecasts
Work in partnership with the management team on all areas including result analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
Assist with submission of CAPEX requests, asset disposals and transfers
Monitor internal controls and partner with the business to assist with compliance

Who you are

Tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting or relevant field

years in a similar position

CA/CPA qualified or working towards
Results driven with interest and experience in commercial accounting, data analytics and process/performance improvement
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Strong working knowledge of PowerPoint and Word
Strong time management skills and ability to complete work to deadlines
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
