Maintaining the effeciency of business systems.
Manages systems integrity and performance.
Maintains a standard suite of reports
Maintain Global Templates and Contract Parameters relating to contract remuneration models, and ensures appropriate testing and documentation.
Prepare project proposals, business requirements and system specifications.
Manage system integrity and performance.

_ Experience required:
_

Have a proactive and forward thinking attitude, who has good communication skills, both verbal and written with a background in data entry, MS Excel, Word, has used MS Teams,
Prior experience in processing claims, monitoring system workspaces and reallocating tasks who is comfortable in providing extra relief for Admin Support staff where required.
Ideally a background in the role of Business Systems Officer is required, where you have been a key contact for questions on a specific system/s.
Prior experience in data entry processing.
Experience in supporting and manintaining information systems.
