_Key requirements:
_
- Maintaining the effeciency of business systems.
- Manages systems integrity and performance.
- Maintains a standard suite of reports
- Maintain Global Templates and Contract Parameters relating to contract remuneration models, and ensures appropriate testing and documentation.
- Prepare project proposals, business requirements and system specifications.
- Manage system integrity and performance.
_ Experience required:
_
- Have a proactive and forward thinking attitude, who has good communication skills, both verbal and written with a background in data entry, MS Excel, Word, has used MS Teams,
- Prior experience in processing claims, monitoring system workspaces and reallocating tasks who is comfortable in providing extra relief for Admin Support staff where required.
- Ideally a background in the role of Business Systems Officer is required, where you have been a key contact for questions on a specific system/s.
- Prior experience in data entry processing.
- Experience in supporting and manintaining information systems.
