    • Sydney CBD - Great Flexibility - Flexible start/finish times, as well as a hybrid working policy (up to 3 days work from home)
    • $90k - $120k Package + Study Support/Ongoing Fees (CA/CPA/CTA etc)

    Whilst being a smaller team environment, this client provides their team with one of the best workplaces in the Sydney market. They have a great client base, a modern and on trend office space, as well as providing the team with a laid back yet professional working environment.

    The team is dynamic and social, creating a great balance between work and play. They provide an excellent supportive and collaborative environment to work in with a diverse range of clients.

    This is a rare opportunity as there is minimal staff turnover within this firm and has come up due to internal promotions and organic growth. Reviews are held twice a year and there is no ceiling on your progression if you perform well.

    In this role you will have direct access to two highly impressive Directors and will report directly into an equally impressive Senior Manager who takes great pride in developing and mentoring their team.

    In this role as a Senior Accountant/Client Manager you will be expected to:

    • Be responsible for and manage your own portfolio of clients
    • Work closely with clients providing written and verbal advice
    • Preparation of financial reports
    • Review and mentor junior team members (predominantly based offshore)

    To be successful for this role you will:

    • Have a minimum of 4-5 years local experience in a similar Business Services role
    • Completed, or close to completing, your CA or CPA
    • Be able to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Be committed to working in a collaborative and high performing team environment
