Starting in August 2023 for a 12 month temporary assignment

  • Friday, 7AM 7PM fortnightly rotating roster
  • Amazing in depth training provided and support from SME throughout
We are currently recruiting for person-centred Customer Service Officers with a genuine passion for supporting members of the community to support our NSW Government client in the Maitland area

- $38 per hour plus super

  • Maitland transition to hybrid flexibility after training
  • 35 hours per week
  • Rotating roster between 7am 7pm, Monday

Key Responsibilities:


  • Act as a first point of contact for customers, ensuring there calls are directed as appropriate
  • Provide guidance and support to customers over the phone across a broad range of queries
  • Ensure that incall work is completed to meet set deadlines
  • Accurately enter customer information into internal databases
  • Act as a representative for the business, ensuring empathy and confidentiality when speaking with customers
  • Work inline with set policies and guidelines
  • Handle a highvolume of inbound calls, ensuring customer satisfaction levels are met

You will need to:


  • Must have over 2 years of Customer service experience within a contact/call centre environment
  • The ability to handle highvolumes of customer enquiries
  • A genuine passion for supporting members of the community
  • Must be open to attending the office in Maitland when required
