Towers is a Residential & Commercial Building Management Company who manage multiple buildings in Sydney's CBD, Eastern & Northern Suburbs.

There's a lot to manage, not just the structure of the building, maintenance but also ensuring the people living within the buildings are well looked after.

It takes a skilled and a patient professional to support a building and its community within it well.


Towers is currently looking for
a professional individual to fill the Full-time role of Assistant Building Manager.

You will be working directly with our managing director and other senior building managers

  • Hotel Management, Concierge services & or building management.
  • Critical Thinker, Problem Solving and Negotiation Skills
  • Customer Service Experience
  • A personable manner and happy to offer support when needed
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Willingness to learn from

Your responsibilities will include:


  • Working closely with the Senior Building Managers and Concierge teams
  • Learning and understanding all our different building sites
  • Getting to know the various service contractors
  • Maintain all building procedures
  • Liaising with Owners and Strata Committee members
  • Ability to build strong relationships with owners and residents
  • Maintaining up to date documentation and compliance
  • Attending scheduled committee meetings

You will possess the following skills:

  • A positive and proactive attitude with attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service written, phone and face to face
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Computer programs
