An exciting opportunity has become available for a Scheduling Coordinator to join this high performing team on a permanent full-time basis.

Located in Noble Park this position is available for an immediate start.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to;

  • First point of contact for internal and external customers, providing excellent customer service
  • Scheduling of installers, field technicians and responding to installation enquiries
  • Liaising with customers and providing regular updates
  • Ensuring installations are completed on time
  • Managing and review the job allocation process
  • General administration duties

About you:

  • Prior experience working in a similar environment is highly regarded
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise workload and work well under pressure
  • Proven experience with handling enquires and dispute resolution
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
