The Role:

Reporting to the Head of HR, you will work with a close-knit team as a true Generalist.

You will provide guidance and assistance to managers and employees on a broad range of HR policies, programs and practices.


Your duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting management with a range of ER matters
  • Managing the recruitment lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding
  • Managing work health and safety as well as workers' compensation
  • Supporting the HR team with project work and transformation projects
  • Governance and learning and development support
  • Providing HR analytics and reporting
  • Ahdoc generalist HR support

To be Successful:


  • Previous experience as a HR Generalist is required
  • Degree qualification is preferred
  • Knowledge of WHS, ER, and performance management preferred
  • Relationship management and influencing skills
