The Role:
Reporting to the Head of HR, you will work with a close-knit team as a true Generalist.
You will provide guidance and assistance to managers and employees on a broad range of HR policies, programs and practices.
Your duties and responsibilities will include:
- Supporting management with a range of ER matters
- Managing the recruitment lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding
- Managing work health and safety as well as workers' compensation
- Supporting the HR team with project work and transformation projects
- Governance and learning and development support
- Providing HR analytics and reporting
- Ahdoc generalist HR support
To be Successful:
- Previous experience as a HR Generalist is required
- Degree qualification is preferred
- Knowledge of WHS, ER, and performance management preferred
- Relationship management and influencing skills
