About the Role
Reporting directly to the National Alliance Manager to work with Surveillance Technology stakeholders to:

  • design and develop to deliver OEM products ready to market.
  • Provide presales technical consultation, solutions, and support for surveillance technology.

Duties:


  • Develop and maintain relationships with overseas OEM suppliers
  • Work as a liaison with internal team and OEM suppliers to design, develop and assess new and emerging products and software required
  • Test QA samples for all incoming OEM imports
  • Create accessories, datasheets and documentation
  • Provide presales technical consultation, solutions and support to Alloys national Sales team and customers
  • Prepare technical documents in response to requests for information and proposals
  • Provide technical recommendations on technology products
  • Provide technical designs, implementations, and quotes for customers
  • Coordinate and deliver technical presentations and demos

Skills and Experience:


  • Minimum 3 years' technical presales or estimating experience
  • Core understanding and enthusiasm for electrical, networking, security and surveillance technology
  • Experience working with overseas OEM suppliers and supply chain is desirable
  • Ability to demonstrate required Building & Security Technology products
  • Experience in delivering clientfocused solutions based on customer needs
