What You Will Be Doing
WorkPac are currently seeking an Internal Sales Officer for our client based in Canning Vale.

In this position you will be required to provide premier customer service, offering timely solutions and resolving enquires with our valued internal and external customers.

Day to day you will be completing tasks such as:

Prepare customer quotes as required

Process customer orders and invoices as required

Assist new customers with product selection

Answer telephones and respond to clients' queries which may include following up orders

responding to complaints or providing technical support

Sourcing & offering alternative products

Processing all specific customer credits from start to finish.

What You Will Need
'¢ Experience in a similar role - Experience in sales and administration advantageous
'¢ Excellent problem solving skill and time management
'¢ Be action orientated
