Multiple full time and part time ongoing and temporary Business Coordinator roles (Clerk Grade 5/6) to be filled in the heart of Sydney, Martin Place.

About the role.

:

We're on the hunt for multiple
Business Coordinators to join our fantastic team of administration professionals.

As the Business Coordinator, you will be responsible for juggling various tasks such as diary management, financial and HR process support, purchasing, and travel arrangements - all while complying with relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.


The Business Coordinator role is an exciting opportunity to work autonomously and manage the day-to-day running of the Executive's office and the branch.

You'll be the go-to person for the Executive 's diary management, prioritising requests and resolving any conflicting demands.


As the Business Coordinator, you'll be the master of coordination - allocating and coordinating branch correspondence and brief workflows to meet any requested timing, and organising meetings, workshops, seminars, and conferences.


You will also provide secretarial and administrative support for stakeholder meetings and committees, including compilation and distribution of agenda papers, liaising with external organisations to obtain and distribute information, and drafting correspondence where required.


You will also be responsible for providing support for small projects and identifying improvements to streamline administrative and business processes to support business priorities.

  • Excellent organisational skills with ability to work in a fastpaced, highpressure environment with changing priorities.
  • Proven experience in providing wide range of highlevel administrative and executive support.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to represent the organisation and the Executive.
  • Exemplar customer service and look for ways to continuously improve.
  • Proactive attitude with the ability to operate autonomously and independently.
  • Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office software, and electronic communication tools.

Salary

:

Clerk Grade 5/6. Package includes base salary ($89,707 - $98,982) plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
