THE OPPORTUNITY


The Program Scheduling and Dependencies Manager is responsible for leading, overseeing and maintaining the master and sub projects scheduling across a significant, complex and high value program of systems-based projects, essential to supporting key core business operations and delivery.

The role analyses progress, dependencies and constraints across the full program and works collaboratively with program teams and stakeholders, to ensure issues affecting successful execution and achievement of outcomes are addressed.

This role is responsible for managing integrated schedule and enterprise demand dependencies.

ABOUT YOU

You are an experienced and professional program scheduler with the ability to manage a program wide schedule with enterprise interdependencies.

In this role, you will develop and implement optimised scheduling strategies, collaborating with Project Managers, Systems Group Delivery team, and other key stakeholders to gather project requirements, deadlines, and priorities, ensuring alignment with enterprise program management standards, organisational objectives and strategic plans.


  • Degree in relevant discipline or equivalent skills, knowledge and experience.
  • Prince 2 certification or other relevant qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Sound knowledge of project management disciplines and methodology
  • Significant experience providing master scheduling for large scale systems related transformation programs or similar.
  • Demonstrated strong, communication and influencing skills with ability to engage stakeholders in complex schedule planning and issues resolutions.
  • Demonstrated welldeveloped analytical and reporting skills to report on status and progress of projects across the program.
