About the role


As Painting Supervisor you will enjoy painting and decorating projects of all sorts working on parks and facilities across the city.

Your extensive experience will help deliver various maintenance projects along with your team.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Provide a great customer experience when delivering painting and decorating projects
  • Supervise painting and decorating trade services staff, contractors and apprentices
  • Undertake reactive, cyclic and planned painting and decorating maintenance
  • Undertake minor project management on capital works
  • Report on building condition, break downs, vandalisms and undertake risk assessments in the work areas
  • Raise purchase orders, prepare minor estimates and service request details

About you
To be successful in this role you will have:

  • A combined trade qualifications in Painting/Decorating (Certificate III) or Painting/Decorating Contractors Licence
  • Current C Class driver's licence
  • Elevated Work Platform Licence
  • Frontline Management or Project Management qualifications is desirable
A pre employment medical will be required for this role (including drug and alcohol testing).


About the benefits


This is a permanent full time position, Level with a salary between $79,803 to $81,060 plus superannuation of up to 12.5%.
